Technology Sales & Support Specialist
Are you passionate about technology and helping others? Do you have a knack for supporting iPhones, iPads, and other cellular devices? We’re looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Technology Sales & Support Specialist!

Position Overview:
In this full-time role, you will provide support and sales for cellular phones, iPhones, iPads, (and potentially Mac computers) ensuring our customers receive top-tier assistance. You will also assist in merchandising and keep our retail environment engaging and organized. If you have skills in marketing, blogging, or social media, that’s a bonus! We welcome all Apple enthusiasts who love sharing their expertise and can learn and master Apple-related products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and support for iPhones, iPads, and other cellular devices

Potentially Mac computers

Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions

Assist with merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment

Potentially - Create engaging social media content and blog posts, as needed

Collaborate with team members in a retail environment to achieve sales and customer service goals

Creating sales and service tickets

Qualifications:

Strong passion for technology and a desire to help customers of all skill levels

Positive attitude with a focus on providing a welcoming experience

Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new Apple products and technologies

Retail experience and a collaborative approach to teamwork

Ability to work on Saturdays as well as week days (5 days per week)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in marketing, social media, or blogging

Strong writing skills for creating content and engaging with our community online

Apple “geek” knowledge of iPhones, iPads, and other Apple solutions is a big plus!
