Technology Sales & Support Specialist

 

Are you passionate about technology and helping others? Do you have a knack for supporting iPhones, iPads, and other cellular devices? We’re looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Technology Sales & Support Specialist!

Position Overview:

In this full-time role, you will provide support and sales for cellular phones, iPhones, iPads, (and potentially Mac computers) ensuring our customers receive top-tier assistance. You will also assist in merchandising and keep our retail environment engaging and organized. If you have skills in marketing, blogging, or social media, that’s a bonus! We welcome all Apple enthusiasts who love sharing their expertise and can learn and master Apple-related products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support for iPhones, iPads, and other cellular devices

  • Potentially Mac computers

  • Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions

  • Assist with merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment

  • Potentially - Create engaging social media content and blog posts, as needed

  • Collaborate with team members in a retail environment to achieve sales and customer service goals

  • Creating sales and service tickets

Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for technology and a desire to help customers of all skill levels

  • Positive attitude with a focus on providing a welcoming experience

  • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new Apple products and technologies

  • Retail experience and a collaborative approach to teamwork

  • Ability to work on Saturdays as well as week days (5 days per week)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in marketing, social media, or blogging

  • Strong writing skills for creating content and engaging with our community online

  • Apple “geek” knowledge of iPhones, iPads, and other Apple solutions is a big plus!
