As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we provide the highest repair quality possible for iPhone. All of our repairs are performed by Apple Certified Technicians using genuine Apple parts. We offer in-warranty, out-of-warranty, and AppleCare repairs. Subject to part and scheduling availability, most iPhone repairs are completed same day.

Need to know if you should fix your phone or buy a new one? We can determine what is wrong and provide a repair estimate so you can make an informed decision. Labor to do this starts at $20. This fee is waived if your iPhone is covered by an Apple Warranty or if you are an Advantage Mobile Member.
If you are having a hardware issue with an iPhone that is covered by Apple Limited Warranty or an AppleCare Protection Plan, and your device does not have any physical or liquid damage, there will be no cost to have it repaired. Some restrictions apply.

If your iPhone is covered by AppleCare+ and has physical damage, it will be eligible for repair or replacement under the following AppleCare+ incident deductibles:

$29.00 for back glass damage on iPhone 12 and newer

$99.00 for all other damage

If your iPhone is out of warranty and needs to be repaired, the cost of repair will be comprised of an evaluation, parts, and labor.

Labor costs vary depending on the type of repair required. Customers with an active Advantage for Mobile subscription are eligible for hardware labor coverage with a $0 copay.

Keeping You Running During Your Repair
Unfortunately, not all iPhone repairs can be completed same day. Sometimes we do not have the required part in stock or your device has to be mailed to an Apple repair depot for further screening. In the event of such a scenario, we have options to keep you running: Express Orders & Rental iPhones.

These options are built on our standard repair process and are in addition to Apple Warranty or AppleCare Agreements; therefore, service fees are applicable to either option, regardless of the warranty status of your device.
Express Orders
Purchasing an express order/expedited service arrangement will move your service repair order to the top of our priority list and will allow you take your device home with you while we wait on parts, if applicable. Some restrictions apply. The fee for an express order is $39.00, plus tax.
Purchasing an expedited service arrangement does not guarantee that your service repair order will be completed same day.
Expedited service fees are non-refundable.
Expedited service fees are not discounted or waived if your device is covered by Apple Limited Warranty or an AppleCare agreement.
To be eligible to take your device with you while we wait on parts, the quoted repair cost must be pre-paid in full. If you choose to take your device home with you while we wait on parts, we will contact you to schedule a repair as soon as we receive the necessary parts for your service repair order. All repairs must be scheduled for no later than 5 business days after the date of part arrival.
If you are unable to return with your device within 5 business days or you do not respond to our attempts to contact you within 5 business days, MacMan reserves the right to cancel your service repair order. In the event that a service repair order is cancelled due to a no-show or lack of contact, a new service repair order must be created and the device in question will need to be re-evaluated before another repair will be opened. No refunds will be provided for no-show service repair orders.
Additional repair costs and extended repair turnaround times may result if your iPhone is damaged while in your possession while awaiting parts.
Find My Device cannot be enabled while your device is awaiting parts. If Find My Device is enabled while the device is awaiting parts, repair turnaround times may be extended and MacMan reserves the right to cancel your service repair order.
MacMan is not responsible for lost devices while in the customer’s possession at any point during the repair process.
Rental iPhones
This Program is a perfect if your iPhones does not power on, is damaged beyond use, or must be sent to Apple for repair. This program will allow you to rent an iPhone for up to 21 days.

The fee for a rental iPhone is $50.00, plus tax.
​
In addition to this fee, a $250.00 hold will be collected as collateral for the rental iPhone.
The $250.00 hold can be processed on a credit or debit card or in cash. The $250 hold will be lifted and funds will be returned in full once the following conditions are met:
1) The rental iPhone is returned to MacMan in good physical condition.
2) All customer data has been erased from the rental iPhone.
3) Find My iPhone has been turned off on the rental iPhone.
4) The rental iPhone is returned to MacMan within 21 days from the date of check-out.
If the rental iPhone is damaged while in the your possession, any applicable repair costs will be collected against the $250.00 hold. The remaining balance ($250.00 minus applicable repair costs) will be returned to you via the original hold processing method.

If a rental iPhone is not returned to MacMan within 21 days and the $250.00 hold is collected, you will assume permanent ownership of the rental iPhone.
