How I Use An iPad For My Education:
I received my iPad from my mother as a high school graduation gift. Over the past four years, I've consecutively used it for a various of tasks. During finals week, I was on my iPad arguably more than my phone each semester. I have mainly used it to take notes. The iPad, teamed up with the Apple Pencil, is one of my favorite duos. Taking my notes on my iPad, left me with the ability to accessibly reach my notes from anywhere as I could log in on my phone , iPad, or MacBook. It allowed me to edit or make changes to my notes too, after the lecture. As my major changed to cybersecurity, I utilized it as a dual monitor setup. This aided me while I did my homework, and during lab days; allowing me to view multiple applications at once. Beyond the classroom, I used my iPad for my on campus job. I worked as a graphic designer for my college's football team and used the app Procreate, with my Apple Pencil to design, dit and create whatever they needed. In the dorms, it was my main source of entertainment. I watched YouTube, movies, and tv shows. Yes, without my iPad I would've been fine, but it enhanced my experience and aided me on my education journey every step possible. Therefore, I would recommend an iPad for any student or anyone seeking a great graduation gift for someone.
