Service Description

Your iPhone will be reset and the latest available version of iOS will be installed. Reset services must be prepaid and are not covered by Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare agreements. All data on your iPhone will be erased during the reset process. The reset process cannot be undone. This service does not include assistance restoring your data back onto your device after it is reset. If you need assistance setting up your device after it is reset, please book an iPhone Reset and Restore instead. During the process of factory resetting an iPhone, the Embedded Subscriber Identity Module (eSIM) data may be erased from the device.
