Personal Training & Support
One-on-one support is tailored to you and involves personal support with an Apple Certified Technician for any problems or questions relating to Mac, iPhone, iPad, or any other Apple Accessories.
Technicians will give their best effort help with non-Apple products or services, but may reference customers to external resources if required.
One-on-one support is discounted by 50% for all active Advantage subscribers. If you have an active Advantage subscription, payment for this service will be collected in store. To be eligible for the discounted rate, the one-on-one support must directly relate to the device covered by your Advantage subscription.
